Matthias Moreau is the CEO of Publicis Health in France. Publicis Health helps transforming healthcare communications and marketing into innovative engagement strategies that drive better outcomes for patients and HCPs, by working in the intersection of science, creativity, data and technology.

Matthias has 20 years of experience with a strong focus on marketing and business transformation in digital communications and advertising agencies, including 4 years as an entrepreneur (founded and managed a digital agency at 19 years old), over 10 years leading digital programs and communication strategies (coordinating large multidisciplinary international teams), and the past 2 years leading Publicis Health in France.

After studying Applied Mathematics & Social Sciences and few years as a entrepreneur, Matthias managed digital programs combining creativity, technology and marketing for local and international clients.  

In 2011, Matthias joined Publicis Groupe within Digitas France, where he led marketing transformation for large-scale international clients in various industries. In particular, Matthias was in charge of the global digital transformation of La Poste (french postal services) for 3 years, where he contributed to the diversification of La Poste's activities through the creation of new innovative services to reinvent the role of postal services (notably solutions around healthcare and assistance to the elderly).  

Beginning in 2015, he led digital business transformation missions for healthcare players and insurers, leading up to his being named Partner at Publicis Sapient in 2018 (entity dedicated to consulting and digital transformation) to manage the Energy and Healthcare verticals.

Matthias Moreau was appointed CEO of Publicis Health France in April 2020 to support its strong acceleration by combining Science, Creation, Data and Technology to serve Publicis Groupe's clients in the healthcare sector.
